Lymphatic Drainage

Injury Recovery & Post-Surgical Care service is intentionally designed to offer both alternatives to surgery and support for faster post-surgical recovery. It can be complementary to, or in some cases, an alternative to, traditional physical therapy.

Unlike a standard rehabilitation center or PT program, I specialize in gentle therapies to reduce swelling, ease pain, and speed healing—so you can regain strength, restore movement, and confidently return to the activities you love. Let us help you experience a smoother, less invasive, and more comfortable recovery every step of the way.

It is also effective for athletic trainers to improve mobility, speed recovery, reduce inflammation and sprains, and address muscle imbalances to support peak performance and prevent future injuries.

We achieve these powerful outcomes using therapies such as:

  • Lymphatic Drainage
Drains swelling, reduces inflammation, speeds tissue healing.
  • Manual Therapy
Restores movement and strength after injury or surgery.
  • Myofascial Release
    Prevents/reduces scar tissue, improves mobility.
  • PNT
Addresses pain from injury or surgery without aggressive manipulation.
  • Natural Force Healing
Accelerates regeneration at the cellular level.
  • Kinesiology Assessment
Guides rehab by tracking weak points and progress.

Injury Recovery

If your doctor has recommended invasive treatment, like surgery, it’s wise to explore every option before committing to something so significant. While physical therapy is a well-established option and may be vital for many conditions, there is robust evidence that manual therapy approaches can help avoid the need for surgery altogether in some cases.

Byron offers a holistic, hands-on approach that could help you heal fully by identifying and addressing the exact causes of your pain and limited movement through a comprehensive Kinesiology assessment. With gentle manual therapy, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage, Byron can reduce swelling, improve mobility, and restore strength, empowering your body’s natural recovery without the risks or downtime of an operation. Many people discover that with the right care, surgery isn’t their only path to healing—so getting a second opinion from Byron could save you time, cost, and help you get back to what you love, faster and more confidently.

“Several years ago an argument with an icy sidewalk left me with a broken shoulder and arm. At Urgent Care where an X-ray showed the damage, they insisted I had to go immediately for emergency surgery to have a metal rod inserted, or else I’d never be able to raise my arm above 45 degrees. I refused and went to Byron instead, and before long my shoulder joint was back to normal without surgery, without metal, and almost without pain.”
